About Carly

Hi!

I'm Carly a Reflexologist and Massage therapist from Horley.

I worked in the Aviation business for 25 years and was lucky to be able to travel around the world experiencing different cultures and beliefs.

I started my massage therapy journey 10 years ago after personally discovering the benefits it has emotionally, physically and mentally it has on the body. I am passionate about the holistic side of massage, the type of therapy that focuses on the 'whole' person and integrates physical, mental and emotional forms of wellbeing.

I studied in London and gained a level 3 diploma in massage therapy. The knowledge I gained of the anatomy has led me into becoming a qualified reflexologist .

As a reflexologist I work on the reflexes of the feet that are interconnected to all of our organs, glands and body parts . By applying pressure to these reflexes we encourage a relaxed state of the body, an increase in circulation and a decrease in tension.

I am a busy mum of 3 amazing children and work in a school as a teaching assistant for 5–6-year-olds. I realise the importance of wellbeing and taking the time just to rebalance yourself. I am passionate about helping others rebalance themselves , physically and emotionally and hopefully I can help you too.
